AR550 Steel Protector Strip | 3/8″ x 1.5″ x 12″ AR550 steel strip

Our steel protector strip will protect the center post of wood 2 x 4 center post of steel target stand from damage from bullet impact or bullet splatter. It is a great option when using either 10 or 20 degree angled holders as the splatter comes off bottom of plate and is directed back towards the wood post causing erosion of the wood, also great for plate racks as the angled protector plate on them also sends splatter back to wood post. By using wood 2 x 4 to hold steel targets it allows for replacement to be easy and affordable, it also reduces the chance of a ricochet of bullet. Uses two 1″ structural grade screws to attach to wood 2 x 4 post.
